RAM’s Pop-Up Restaurant Series begins Feb. 27 with Chef Paul Sletten of Abreo

Rockford Art Museum’s second installment of its popular POP-UP RESTAURANT SERIES, highlighting top local restaurant chefs in the museum galleries, begins February 27 with CHEF PAUL SLETTEN of AbreoEach POP-UP RESTAURANT AT RAM will showcase an innovative, multiple course prix-fixe menu alongside the museum’s current feature exhibition Cheryl Pope: Not Without a Fight, and will include a lively “Did You Know” conversation about food and art with RAM Curator Carrie Johnson


Partnering chefs for the entire series are CHEF PAUL SLETTEN (February 27), CHEF ASHLEY GARZA (March 27), CHEF SHENDET ISMAJLAJ (April 24), and CHEF GAGAN ANAND (May 22). Sponsors for the series include Jennifer Ahlstrand, Raymond James, Title Underwriters, and Toni VanderHeyden.

Tickets are $75 each; limited seating for each event, reservations are required. Proceeds support Rockford Art Museum. Tickets for the February Pop-Up are on sale now at EventBrite.com. For March, April, May tickets go to rockfordartmuseum.org or call RAM at (815) 968-2787.
