Join local artist and registered yoga teacher, Rhiannon Yandell in our main gallery for a 60-minute, vinyasa-style yoga practice suitable for all ability levels. This class is perfect for those who’ve always wanted to try yoga, those who have some experience, or anyone who wants to make more space for art and wellness in their lives. Mats will be available for use or you can bring your own. The galleries will be open and participants are welcome to stay to view the current exhibition following yoga.
