Natural History Diorama (Reedy Creek)

Laurie Hogin received her BFA in 1985 from Cornell University (Ithaca, N.Y.) and her MFA in 1989 from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She is the current chair of the painting and sculpture program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she is a tenured professor. Hogin has also held teaching positions at Valparaiso University (Ind.), Northwestern University (Chicago), University of Chicago, and the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
